SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS

UnlimitedIRL strives to have all orders delivered as soon as possible so you’re quickly able to utilize the latest IRL stream technology! Orders of individual items, for example LiveU encoders, are normally dispatched within a few business days while IRL Backpack orders currently take between 3-4 business days to ship. Once processed and dispatched, US orders are shipped for FREE via FedEx 2Day® for delivery within 2 business days. We ship worldwide using FedEx International Priority® which should take an order 2-5 business days to arrive in most destinations after dispatch. The cost of worldwide shipping is $40 but please be aware that you may also be liable for customs duties upon delivery in certain countries.‍

RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE TERMS

We know that sometimes mistakes happen and you need to return an item. If you’ve purchased individual items directly through our website, you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. The exception to this rule is for IRL Backpack orders which cannot be returned once delivered due to the nature of the product and to avoid cases of usage abuse.

So that we can sort out your return, contact us with your order number and the reason you’d like to send your item back. If you’re returning your product because you’ve changed your mind, you should make sure that it hasn’t been used. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for any items which have been personalized, customized or modified specifically for you. 

Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll drop you an email to confirm the next steps. Our Customer Support team will let you know when you should expect to receive your exchange or refund. Please note that in most cases we’re not able to cover any return shipping costs and the original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

When you’re shipping your items back to us, the best idea is to choose a mailing option which gives you the option to track the package, as well as one that offers you compensation for loss of or damage to your parcel. If the package doesn’t reach us, we won’t be able to process your return, so it’s important that you make sure it stays safe in transit. Please wrap your package carefully so it doesn’t get damaged in the returns process, as we won’t be able to exchange or refund damaged products.

CANCELLATION TERMS

If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as you can. Once an order is in our system, it can be edited but we can’t usually stop the shipping process once that has started, so it’s important that you let us know as early as possible to make any changes. If we manage to prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it and you’ll receive a full refund. If we’re unable to do so, don’t worry! You can return your qualifying order to us using the process above.
